Each product has its processing time listed in their descriptions. Most projects take 7-14 business days depending on how many layers are needed and amount of add-ons. Each layer takes 12-24 hours to cure.

After processing, shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Customers have the option to have their item remade once or fully refunded. If item is remade twice and a customer is still unsatisfied, a 50% refund will be issued. the other 50% go to supplies and labor costs.
